Lots to do for all ages, nature walk to waterfall, great food, friendly staff, fun treehouse, indoor playground for kids.

Loved location and views, they were excellent. Near to the downtown, 15 minutes on foot. Furthermore, the parking was nearby and convenient.

This hotel is located in a gorgeous area with amazing surroundings. You can take great walks in the trails and see an amazing waterfall. Another wonderful aspect is the breakfast included, with amazing honey fried plantains. Plus, the value for money is unbeatable.
No improvement needed, everything was fine.

Beautiful scenic view with clean and spacious rooms. , the food was reasonably priced with good service.
Some rooms have maintenance issues, such as non-working fans and lights. The pool was small and crowded, and hot water was not consistent in some rooms.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by how great it was. the location in the hills offers breathtaking views of the surrounding area. Secondly, the staff were very friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. Lastly, the rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and all the basic amenities I needed. Plus, having a kitchenette in the room was a nice touch.
All in all, I had a fantastic stay at this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located in the busy center of San Jose, making it easy to explore the city's attractions. However, guests can also enjoy the tranquility of a beautiful waterfall nestled into typical Costa Rican vegetation. Being close to the airport provides easy access to transportation. The rooms were clean, the bathroom adequate, and guests enjoyed friendly service. Breakfast was included, with a few options. The indoor playground and water slides, as well as other activities like canopy and paintball, were an advantage.
Some guests experienced inconsistency in service, and there were complaints about certain staff members.

We had a great time at this mountain hotel. Best aspects were the nature around it, with three waterfalls to swim under; the various hotel facilities, including pools, Jacuzzis, and slides; the location in the mountains near the cities; and the friendly staff.
There was nothing we didn't like.

Spent Christmas at a hotel with two awesome pools as well as a jacuzzi. the location was great, within walking distance to a waterfall. the hotel also offered a free breakfast buffet with tasty coffee.
The noise level at night was disturbing. We could hear barking dogs and car alarms which made it difficult to sleep.
